A
ADA ACCOMMODATIONS
ADA Compliant Seating ADA Compliant Seating is located on the main corridor of the South and West Stands.
Assistive Animals Infinity Park permits trained guide dogs, signal dogs or "service animals.”
Parking Parking for guests with disabilities is located at 950 S. Birch Street, which is immediately adjacent to the stadium.
Restrooms ADA compliant restrooms are located on the west corridor of the stadium, next to the Grubber Grille (Concession Stand). Both the men’s and women’s restrooms are equipped with baby changing tables.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests of all ages are welcome at Infinity Park. For most events, children 12 years and younger are free of charge. Policies may vary for concerts and special events so please check the website (www.infinityparkatglendale.com) for information pertaining to specific events.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Infinity Park has implemented a strict alcohol policy that is designed to protect the guests and the public from alcohol related incidents. Infinity Park and our partners strongly encourage responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. A summary of our alcohol policies is listed below:
- No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted at Infinity Park. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium may result in ejection.
- Colorado law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Guests will be required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Infinity Park. Identification cards which appear to be fraudulent when presented by purchasers may be confiscated and turned over to a law enforcement officer.
- Beer sales conclude at the end of any event. Sales may be discontinued earlier at the discretion of Infinity Park management.
- There will be a two-beer limit per transaction at all concession stands.
- Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.
- Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being 21, may be ejected.
- We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any person.
- Fans who consume alcohol are encouraged to drink responsibly and not drive after drinking.
ANIMALS Animals are not permitted at Infinity Park, with the exception of service animals.
AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES Audio/Video Recording Devices are permitted for all rugby games unless otherwise noted. For all concerts and special events these items are prohibited.

AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES An ATM machine is located in the main corridor of the Glendale Municipal Building at 950 S Birch Street.

BAGS, CONTAINERS, BOTTLES AND CANS Soft-sided bags or containers no larger than 12” x 12” x 12” are welcome at Infinity Park. We strongly recommend clear, plastic bags to facilitate security screening at gates. For the safety of all our guests, it is prohibited to enter Infinity Park with any glass bottles, cans, thermoses or hard-sided containers of any size or style, including hard-sided coolers. Guests in possession of glass bottles or cans will be ejected and may face possible arrest. Non-alcoholic beverages brought into the stadium must be in approved factory sealed plastic containers only. Water bottles, sport bottles or other approved types of beverage containers that are not factory sealed must be emptied prior to entering the stadium. They may be refilled at any water fountain inside the stadium.

BANNERS & SIGNS
Many players enjoy seeing banners of support. Please follow these rules when showing your support:
- Signs may not obstruct another guest’s view
- Signs may not cover existing stadium advertising or signage.
- Signs must be event-related, in good taste and in approved locations as determined by Infinity Park management.
- Signs may not be commercial or political.
- Signs may not be constructed of wood or metal material.
BUS/LIGHT RAIL SERVICE
Guests can take RTD’s Light Rail to the Colorado Station. From there they will ride the Route 46 bus to the park. For an updated RTD bus route schedule call 303.299.6000 or visit online at www.rtd-denver.com

CAMERAS/VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES Hand-held still and video camera photography is welcomed at Infinity Park rugby games for noncommercial, personal use. Cameras and lenses must be of a reasonable size, as determined by Infinity Park management. Tripods, over-sized camera lenses or any other type of equipment which may interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the game is not permitted.
Other stadium events, such as concerts, may have different Camera/Video policies in place. Please check with us in advance to find out what a particular event’s policy is.
Any photography intended for commercial use must be pre-approved by Infinity Park management.
CELLULAR PHONES
Cellular phones may be used in the stadium, so long as their use does not disturb other fans in the area or interfere with their ability to enjoy the event.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Infinity Park strives to make your day at the stadium an enjoyable, family-oriented experience. Therefore, a Code of Conduct exists for all guests. The Code includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Refrain from interfering with the progress of the game, going onto the field or throwing any object onto the field or in the stadium premises.
- Refrain from foul, obscene, offensive or abusive language or actions.
- Refrain from excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Refrain from fighting.
- Refrain from unruly or inconsiderate behavior.
- Refrain from indecent exposure or undressing.
- Refrain from wearing obscene or indecent clothing (such persons will not be allowed into the stadium).
- Refrain from conduct that endangers spectators or participants.
- Refrain from interfering with security screening at gate entrances.
- Prior to entering stadium gates, all patrons will be subject to screening, including pat downs, and inspection of all bags and any other items that fans intend to carry in to the stadium.
We value your enthusiasm, but ask that all fans exercise good judgment and observe the Code of Conduct listed above. Please respect the rights of others by displaying proper decorum. Violators may be ejected from the stadium premises or face possible arrest. Should you observe any of the above violations, please contact any member of the Stadium Staff or a security officer to report the problem.
COMMENTS/CONCERNS At Infinity Park, it is our goal to provide the highest level of service to our guests. We value your feedback and welcome any compliments, concerns or complaints. Please direct any comments or concerns to any member of the Stadium Staff or fill out a comment card at the Ticketing Tent during all events.
CONCESSION STAND Tony Rosacci’s Fine Catering is responsible for the operation of all stadium food and beverage sales at Infinity Park.
The Grubber Grill, operated by Steve’s Snappin’ Dogs, is located at the west end of the Stadium. The Grubber Grille offers hot dogs, pretzels, wraps, nachos, popcorn, candy, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Credit cards are accepted.

EJECTIONS
Attending an event at Infinity Park is something that should be an enjoyable and safe experience for all. While it is our goal to avoid ejections or arrests as much as possible, it is of primary importance that each guest is able to enjoy a quality stadium experience while in attendance. To ensure that this happens, the rules and regulations of Infinity Park will be enforced. Individuals who ignore or do not comply with these regulations, or generally accepted standards of behavior that are consistent with safety or security, may be ejected from the stadium, without refund. All attendees are responsible for their own actions as well as the actions of their guests.

FIELD ACCESS Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field prior to, during and after rugby games. Any unauthorized persons gaining access to the field will be removed and ejected from the stadium premises and could face possible arrest.
FIELD MAINTENANCE/PRESERVATION In order to maintain the highest standard of field conditions at Infinity Park, the following policies will be strictly enforced.
- No entry onto fields while snow, frost or standing water is present.
- Nothing is to be staked or drilled into ground unless previously approved by Infinity Park Stadium Operations and Turf Management
- Please refrain from chewing gum, sunflower seeds or peanuts on the fields, and dispose of all trash in designated trash receptacles.
- While smoking is allowed inside the stadium, SMOKING IS NOT allowed on the field at any time.
- When pouring out liquids other than water, please do so away from the playing field.
Infinity Park has the right to require the removal of any individual (spectator, player or coach) from the stadium grounds who violates any of the defined regulations or who poses a threat to others due to violent or unruly behavior.
FIRST AID First Aid is available at all major stadium events. Contact a member of the Stadium Staff to report injuries and emergencies.
FOOD/BEVERAGE For all rugby events, outside food and beverage is not allowed into Infinity Park (exception: factory sealed or empty water bottles are permissible.). Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages may be allowed at Infinity Park at non rugby-related events. Please check the website (www.infinityparkatglendale.com) in advance to find out what a particular event’s Food & Beverage policy is.

GATE OPENING TIMES The main entrance to Infinity Park is located in a festival area directly outside the stadium entrance (on East Tennessee Ave. between South Birch and South Cherry Streets).
Infinity Park gates open 30-60 minutes prior to the start of any event; always check the website (www.infinityparkatglendale.com) for the most up to date information.
GATE SECURITY SCREENING Prior to entering stadium gates, all patrons will be subject to security screening, including inspection of bags or other items carried in. See “Bags, Containers, Bottles, and Cans and Prohibited and Restricted Items” for a full explanation of what should and should not be brought to the stadium.
You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the Stadium. By tendering a ticket and entering the Stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against Infinity Park, the City of Glendale, its member clubs, their affiliates or their agents. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry into the Stadium.
The level of screening may be modified on an event by event basis at the discretion of Infinity Park management.

HUCKSTERING With both Denver’s and Glendale’s borders lining Infinity Park, we have addressed both applicable codes:
The Municipal Code of the City of Glendale prohibits huckstering as follows:
It is unlawful for any person to engage in vending activities in city parks or on public rights-of-way without obtaining permission from the Director of Public Works AND a vendor’s permit from the City Clerk’s office.
The Municipal Code of the City and County of Denver prohibits huckstering as follows:
It shall be unlawful to offer any goods, services or thing for sale within any park, parkway, mountain park or other recreational facility (stadium, arena, pavilion, theater), or on the streets and sidewalks within three hundred (300) feet of the boundary of the same, without first having obtained a license or privilege so to do in the manner and pursuant to terms and conditions fixed by the mayor’s cabinet.

INCLEMENT WEATHER In the case of certain weather conditions, the field at Infinity Park may not be used. The field will immediately close if standing water is visible on the fields, there is frost or snow on the field, or if the ground is severely saturated from heavy rain. Severe weather such as thunderstorms and tornadoes may cause the complex to shut down as well.

LIGHTNING AND EVACUATION POLICY At Infinity Park we monitor the weather 24 hours a day and use the following policy: The stadium will be evacuated if lightning is detected within 6 miles of the Park. In the event that the stadium does need to be evacuated, Stadium Staff will make an announcement over the sound system.
The safest location to go is a hard-topped car with the windows up. In the absence of a vehicle, Stadium Staff will direct people to a safe location. The stadium will remain closed until the lightning has cleared the 6 mile radius. Stadium Management will ultimately make the decision to continue, postpone or cancel the day's events.
Rescheduled events are contingent on the availability of the pitch and the priority of the given event. Rugby games and tournaments will hold priority over other events.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found articles should be taken to the Ticketing Tent at the main entrance. To claim a lost item during an event, guests may go to the Ticketing Tent to see whether the item has been turned in. If it has not, guests are advised to follow the procedures noted below.
After an event, guests wishing to inquire about the possibility of retrieving a lost item must contact the City of Glendale at 303-759-1513. Lost items may be picked up from the City of Glendale’s Police Department Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm at 950 South Birch Street. Items will be kept for 14 days following an event, after which they will become the property of the City of Glendale.
To retrieve a lost item, guests will need to positively identify the item, have a photo ID and sign for the item upon pick-up.
LOST PARENTS/CHILDREN All lost children should be escorted to the nearest Stadium or security staff member. Lost children will then be escorted to the Ticketing Tent and an announcement will be made in the stadium.
Parents should report a lost child to either the Ticketing Tent or to one of the Glendale Police Officers in the stadium.

MARKETING No unapproved marketing will be allowed on the Infinity Park property. This includes literature, business cards, flyers, handouts, pamphlets or other written forms.

PARKING Parking is available in various lots around Infinity Park. Please refer to the parking section on the website for specific information.
Infinity Park does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents while they are parked at, near or around the stadium. Nor does Infinity Park assume responsibility for damage to vehicles while they are being driven to or from the stadium.
PLAYING SURFACE (The “Pitch”) Stadium: the Pitch surface is just over two acres in size, making it the largest natural, sand-based stadium field in the state of Colorado. The root zone of the surface grass is made up of 2,437.5 cubic yards (1,864 cubic meters) of precisely sized grains of sand. Sand is used for its remarkable drainage capabilities, thereby providing a dry, level – and safe! - playing surface. In preparation for each rugby game, eight gallons of bright white paint are used to paint the lines. Almost 40 gallons of paint are used to paint the Raptor and Infinity Park Logos on the field. The Raptor logo itself is almost 1,600 sq. ft. in size!
Infinity Park South: Construction is in process on Infinity Park South, an 8-acre park located south of the rugby stadium. Already completed is the 70m x 100m IRB-sanctioned synthetic turf field, which boasts the first North American installation of Desso Rugby Pro Turf.
PROHIBITED ITEMS LIST
For the safety and security of our guests, the following items are not permitted into the stadium:
- Hard-sided containers of any size or style including hard-sided coolers or thermoses
- Bags or containers larger than 12" x 12" x 12"
- Alcohol
- Glass bottles or cans
- Non-alcoholic beverages brought into the stadium must be in approved factory sealed plastic containers only. Water bottles, sport bottles or other approved types of beverage containers that are not factory sealed must be emptied prior to entering the stadium. They may be refilled once inside at any water fountain. See also “Food and Beverage.”
- Large golf umbrellas or umbrellas with metal tips
- Firearms or weapons of any type
- Designated artificial noise makers such as whistles or air horns
- Signs or flags on sticks, regardless of the length
- Footballs, frisbees, inflatable balls
- Laser pointers of any type
- Fireworks
- Animals - with the exception of service animals for the disabled
- Any other items(s) deemed dangerous or unacceptable by security
The following items are permitted into the stadium:
- Soft-sided bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 12” – all bags will be subject to search prior to entry.
- We highly recommend clear bags to facilitate security screening at the gates.
- Factory-sealed, soft-sided bottles of water. See also “Food and Beverage.”
- Empty water sports bottles.
- Small, compact umbrellas.

RE-ENTRY Guests will be permitted to re-enter sporting events with a hand stamp, provided at the main entrance gates. Re-entry policies may vary for other stadium events.

SCOREBOARD The video screen has been manufactured by digiLED, a company based in London. The screen measures 18’ H x 32’ W. The entire structure stands approx. 75’ tall.

SKATEBOARDING Skateboarding and/or roller blading inside the stadium is strictly prohibited.
SMOKING Smoking is permitted in Infinity Park in the stands and on the concourses and plazas.
Smoking is NOT permitted on the field (grass) at any time.
SOLICITATION/LITERATURE It is prohibited to solicit contributions or to distribute literature on stadium property (inside or out) without the specific written approval of the City of Glendale and the Director of Stadium Operations
SPECIAL EVENTS Infinity Park offers multiple spaces for all sizes and styles of events. From the Try Club for a casual sales kickoff or the Playing Pitch for a company picnic, Infinity Park is a fantastic and unique venue for events. STADIUM EMERGENCIES Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest member of the Stadium Staff, security personnel or police officer or go to the Ticketing Tent. In the event of a serious stadium emergency, stadium event staff, law enforcement and fire personnel will be available to assist all patrons. Information will be provided over the public address system and scoreboard.
STEP 13 Step 13 is a non-profit transitional living program founded in 1983 for addicted homeless who show a desire to give up their alcohol, drug, shelter and soup kitchen dependency cycle and become productive members of society. The Step 13 program provides maintenance staffing services to Infinity Park.
STROLLERS Strollers are allowed into Infinity Park.

TICKETING The Ticketing/Will Call booth is located in a festival area located directly outside the stadium entrance (on East Tennessee Ave. between South Birch and South Cherry Streets).

On the day of an event, tickets can be purchased at the Ticketing Tent in the festival area outside of the main entrance to the Stadium (located on East Tennessee Ave., in between South Birch and Cherry Streets). The Ticketing Tent will open 30-60 minutes prior to event/game time.

UMBRELLA POLICY Umbrellas are allowed into the stadium for use during inclement weather. In consideration of the safety and sight of others, only small, compact umbrellas will be permitted. Large golf umbrellas longer than 34” in length are prohibited and will be not allowed in the stadium.
