It was a rainy, muddy, cold day in Boston when the Lady Raptors took the field agains Nor Cal Triple Threat for th e1st round of nationals playoffs. All 20 points were scored in the 1st half. Jaime Lange, Bethany Zick and Katie Thoreson scored tries. Karla Leopold converted one and added a penatly kick to make it 20-0 at half. Right at half time the rain started coming down hard and with many handling errors neither side could get a rythmn in the game. So that left the score 20-0.

Oct 25th Raptors 3 Seattle Breakers 20

On a much nicer day to determine who would move onto the finals in San Fran. The raptors took on the Seattle Breakers.
The Breakers came out hard, putting pressure on the Raptors early, a penalty against the Raptors gave the Breakers a penatly kick to make it 3 -0. The Raptors added a penatly kick of their own to ties the score at 3 mid way through first half. the breakers but in a try right before half that was converted that made the score 10-3.
In an extremely physical 2nd half both teams had opportunities to score. The Breakers put in 2 lat tries that sealed the Raptors fate. The Raptors never gave up, but Seattle proved to be the better team.

"this season has been a very good one for the Raptors, althought we would have like to have moved on to the final 4, we had a very good team." coach Wendy Cook stated.

The Raptors finish the Season 7-2 with titles of West and Competitive Region 2 Champs.
